Better Health Practices
Better Health is an independent company that operates a group of general practices in the South Island of New Zealand. We are not a corporation. Instead, we work with practices to provide administration and management support, a cooperative clinical network and a sustainable ownership structure.
All Better Health practices are at least 50% owned by working doctors and the majority of Better Health shareholders are active general practitioners.
The Better Health Group is growing and currently comprises four urban and rural practices from Christchurch to Timaru, totalling around 28,000 enrolled patients.
